If placing an order and are noticing the contacts are inheriting the order placer's first name it is because there is input in the Preferred Name field in My Details. This bug will be fixed in the next system update in Mid July 2023.
To Fix:
1. Open My Details: to navigate to this section, from any screen on Sandler Online click on your name in the top right hand corner. This will open a drop down where My Details can be selected.
2. From the My Details tab, clear out text listed under Preferred Name.
3. Save
To confirm, view any affected order in My Orders to see the first names are accurately reflected.
