From the Admin tab, select the Admin Menu option and then click the User Summary hyperlink to open the User Summary tool.
This tool allows you to search for learners in your organization, and you can search for them using their name (partial or full name) or their email address (which we also use for their username in the LMS).
Let's say you want to add a new user to your organization, but when creating the user, you receive an error message: Username already exists.; however, when you search for the username in the User Summary tool, you receive the message: "No active user records found.”
The Franchise Admin should first confirm that the user isn't expired in their org by clicking the All filters button at the end of the Search field in the User Summary tool and clicking the Expired button and then the Apply filters button at the bottom of the filter options.
If the user still does not appear in their org, the user may be tied to another organization which calls for a transfer. If this is the case, email courseware@sandler.com and the LMS Support Team will help locate the user in the system.
