Manager Role
This role is assigned when a learner is associated with a manager. The manager can see enrollments, progress, completions and run manager related reports.
In the user setup, the manager field can be populated to reflect the organization structure by role.
Manager's Home Page
Role Assignments with direct reports reflects the management structure on the manager's home page. The manager can see direct reports, and their direct reports.
Add Manager to User
Go to User Summary and search for a user. Edit user. In the Manager field, click the search icon to browse for the correct manager. Once selected, Save. This action sets the manager hierarchy for the user.
Manager Navigator
The Manager Navigator is visible to users with direct reports. The navigator displays the hierarchy of managers, their direct reports, and reports below them. The sort filters can be used to identify the manager, the organization and the direct reports. This is also reflected on the Manager's home page.
