Support Admin Role Overview
Support Admins have the ability to:
- View folders and content objects (they will not be able to create folders at a higher level in the folder hierarchy)
- View offerings
- View learning paths, learning tracks, channels, etc
- View resources
- Manage enrollments and completions
- Manage targeting
- View orders
- Manage organizations and users
- Manage user groups
- View catalog categories
- Manage imports
- View integrations
- View notifications
- Run reports
