Each role in the LMS has access to modules in the LMS. This list provides a description of each module that may be assigned to a role.

| Assignment Grading - Audit | Allows holder to view Assignment Grading audit. |
| Assignment Modules | Allows holder to manage assignment modules. Granular folder permissions are used to drive levels of access. |

| Completions - Certifications | Allows the holder to mark certification records as complete. |
| Completions - Certifications Enrol | Allows the holder to enrol unlisted learners in a Certification offering |
| Completions - Classroom | Allows the holder to modify learner completion records against a classroom offering. |
| Completions - Classroom Enrol | This permission allows an administrator to enrol and complete an unlised learner in a classroom offering. |
| Completions - Classroom Notes | Allows users to View/Add/Delete Personal Notes. |
| Completions - Object | Allows the holder to modify object completion records. |
| Completions - Online | Allows the holder to update a specified user's completion status against a course. |
| Completions - Online Enrol | This permission allows an administrator to enrol and complete an unlised learner in a online offering. |
| Contacts - Edit | This permission allows user to edit a contact |
| Contacts - View | This permission allows user to view a contact |
| Content Object - Pricing | Allows the holder to view and add pricing in objects (RCO) |
| Content Servers | Allows the holder to access the Content Server module to view list of available servers. Individual content servers must be assigned to the role in the Content Server Tab. |

| Course Calendar - Admin | Provides access to the Course Calendar screen. The holder must be logged in to access this module. This calendar screen is configurable and is used to see which courses are scheduled over the month(s) specified. This admin option allows the holder to view courses across different instructors. |

| Email Others - Enrolment Key | This permission allows users to email the licence key to many users by importing email addresses and then sending the licence key out of ILP to the email addresses imported. |

The holder is limited to only assign privileges based on what has been assigned to them. A user is granted a role from within iLearning. This module can be used to grant and restrict access to iLearning Plus modules and also to individual reports. This means that multiple levels of system access can be configured from low-level user with limited access up to a System Administrator. |
