Set Password - Reset Password

The "Reset Password" functionality provides learners with self-service password reset. You can reset your password before or after logging into the system.

Instructions

To Reset Your Password from the Home Screen:

1. Navigate to the LMS home screen.  Enter your username.  Then, click the Next button.
2. The password screen will be displayed.
3. Click the "Forgotten Password??" link under the password field. The "Forgot Password" screen will be displayed.
4. Enter your email address in the field.  Then, select the checkbox to confirm that you are not a robot.
5. Next, select the Submit button.  A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
6. Review the email and follow the instructions to complete the password reset process.

To Reset Your Password while Logged In:

1. At the top right hand of the screen, click the "Learner" icon next to your name.
2. The Learner menu will open.  Select "Set Password" from the list.
3. The "Set Password" screen will display.
4. Click the "Forgotten Password?" link under the existing password field. The "Forgot Password" screen will be displayed.
5. Enter your email address in the field.  Then, select the checkbox to confirm that you are not a robot.
6. Next, select the Submit button.  A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
7. Review the email and follow the instructions to complete the password reset process.
