Click the Help icon in the toolbar
The help box will appear. Run the browser test.
This opens a browser checker in on a separate tab/window which will give you the following information. Use this information to troubleshoot your connection:
- If you are not on a supported browser switch visit the LMS and another. We recommend Google Chrome
- Enabling Cookies and Popups is required to use some features on the site.
