Learners can self-configure profile setting by accessing the Leaner icon. This will always be accessible from the top right conner of the LMS. Click the icon to view/edit profile settings.
My Details
This page provides learners with the ability to view and update profile details, change a password and review email notifications.
- The My Details screen will display. Next, review the fields on the screen, and update as needed.
- Then, select the Save button. The confirmation message will be displayed on screen.
Set Password
Change Password
- Select the Set Password tab.
- The Set Password screen will display, and your existing password will be populated.
- Enter your new password in the Enter New Password field.
- Then, enter your new password in the Confirm You New Password field. *Please note, both the new password, and confirmation password must match.
- Next, select the Save button. The confirmation message will be displayed on screen.
My Emails
View Email Notifications
- Select the My Emails tab.
- To view all of your emails, select the Search button.
- All emails sent to you from the LMS will be displayed.
- Complete a search by entering criteria in one or more of the fields on screen. Then, select the Search button.
- All emails sent to you from the LMS, that meet your search criteria, will be displayed.
My Preferences
This page provides learners with the ability to set language, name, time zone and currency preferences.
View Preferences:
- At the top right hand of the screen, click the Learner icon next to your name.
- The Learner menu will open. Select My Preferences from the list.
- The My Preferences screen will display. Next, review the settings on the screen.
Update Your Preferences:
- Language default will update LMS with selected language
- Same display provides options for name format
- Set Time zone
Set Password
The Set Password page provides learners with the ability to set a new password for the account.
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
Save changes to complete password update.
Help
The Help page provides the ability for learners to complete a browser compatibility test.
- At the top right hand of the screen, click the Help icon next to your name.
- The Help popup will display. Click the Browser Test link.
- The browser test results will be displayed on a separate tab/window.
- Review the results. This information should be used to troubleshoot the learner connection.
- All items that have passed the test will display a green check.
- If an item requires attention, a red circle will be displayed.
Technology Tips:
- If you are not on a supported browser, another browser should be used to navigate the system. We recommend Google Chrome.
- Please note, enabling cookies and popups is required to use some features of the system.
