Standard Procedure for Domestic Orders
All domestic orders must be placed directly through the LMS portal. This process ensures accurate tracking, billing, and timely delivery of materials.
Important Note: We no longer accept requests to "bill the account" without a corresponding LMS order. The LMS portal is required for all domestic orders without exception, except in the case of home office orders, which can be coordinated via email (email: OE).
Shipping Fees and Timing: While expedited shipping may not always incur extra fees, there are cases where urgent delivery (e.g., within 48 hours) could lead to additional charges.
Typical Turnaround Time: Standard processing and shipping times are generally 3-5 business days, though this is an estimate. Shipping times may vary due to factors like weather disruptions, warehouse delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Expedited Order Requests
For customers who require expedited service or faster turnaround on an order, please follow this process:

Email Order Entry: Send an email to orderentry@sandler.com immediately with the following information:
- LMS Order Number
- Required Delivery Date
Best Practices for Timely Deliveries
To ensure that materials are received on time, we advise to place orders at least one full week before the required delivery date. This recommendation allows for potential delays and provides a buffer to accommodate any unexpected issues.
