There are two dates to be aware for subscription purchases:
- The enrollment key expiry date - this date indicates how long you must enroll a Learner into the course. If the expiry date has passed you will not be able to enroll learners using the key. You will need to reach out the courseware@sandler.com to request a expiry update or purchase more keys for the product.
- The subscription date - The subscription date starts when you enroll a learner into the product. Once the subscription date has passed a learner will no longer have access to the product and will need to be renewed to regain access. The learner will retain access to completion certificates and previously completed Lessons Learned Surveys.
Scenario
You purchase 20 keys for Sandler Foundations and only enroll 3 learners in the product at purchase. You complete the shopping cart wizard without using the other 17 enrollment keys. 4 months pass and you return to the order to enroll 5 more learners into the product leaving you a remaining 12 keys.
Will the subscription date be the same for the 8 learners you have enrolled in the product?
No, the subscription date is not dependent on the key expiry date. The subscription clock does not start until a learner has been enrolled in a course.
