My Orders

Overview

The My Orders page allows learners to access information for previously completed purchases.

 

Search Options

Order Number: Enter the order number to filter the order results.

Product Name: Enter the name to locate the purchase or leave blank to display all purchases for this user.

 

Instructions

View an Order

  1. On the Home page, the main menu is displayed at the top of the screen. 
  2. In the main menu, hover over the "eCommerce" link.  The "eCommerce" menu options will be displayed.
  3. Click the My Orders link.  The My Orders page will be displayed. 
  4. All orders that you have placed will be listed on screen.  
  5. Click the link of an order to view order details.

Use Key

  1. On the Home page, the main menu is displayed at the top of the screen. 
  2. In the main menu, hover over the eCommerce link.  The eCommerce menu options will be displayed.
  3. Click the My Orders link.  The My Orders page will be displayed. 
  4. All orders that you have placed will be listed on screen.  
  5. Locate the order.  Select the Action button. The action menu will be displayed.
  6. Click the Use Key link, The Offering page will be displayed.
  7. Select the Enroll Self option to enroll yourself in a course.  Select the "Enroll Others" option.
  8. Click the Next button. The Enroll page will be displayed.
  9. Select the learner that you would like to enroll in the course.  Then, click the Next button.
  10. The Confirmation page will be displayed.

Send Key Via Email

  1. On the Home page, the main menu is displayed at the top of the screen. 
  2. In the main menu, hover over the eCommerce link.  The eCommerce menu options will be displayed.
  3. Click the My Orders link.  The My Orders page will be displayed. 
  4. All orders that you have placed will be listed on screen.  
  5. Locate the order.  Select the Action button. The action menu will be displayed.
  6. Click the Send via Email link, The Email Enrollment Key page will be displayed.
  7. Enter the learner email address in the To field.  Update the body of the email as needed.
  8. Then, click the Send button. The confirmation pop-up window will be displayed.
  9. Click the OK button to send the email.
  10. The Confirmation message will be displayed at the top of the screen.
