Overview

The Enrollment Keys page allows learners to activate enrollment keys.

 

Instructions

Use Key from the My Orders Screen

  1. On your Home page, click the eCommerce tab.
  2. From the drop-down menu displayed, click the My Orders option. A list of orders that you have placed are listed on the window. 
  3. Locate the order and click the Action button at the end of the order.
  4. From the menu displayed, click the Use Key option. The Offering Enrollment wizard is displayed and the offering associated with your order should be automatically populated and selected.
  5. Beneath this offering, select the Enrol Self option to enroll yourself or Enrol Others option to enroll another user in the course. 
  6. Click the Next button.
  7. Search for and click the Select button on end of the row of the the learner that you would like to enroll in the course.
  8. Click the Enrol button on the right side of the window.
  9. The Confirmation page is displayed.
