The new enhancements to the LMS are part of a coordinated effort between the Sandler Learning Technology team and our LMS vendor, SeerTech. The goal of the features in this LMS enhancement release are to make it easier to share and manage content in the Sandler LMS.
My Transcript
You can now quickly view or print your learner transcript containing your current progress or completion records for content assigned to you in the LMS. For example, let's say you are asked to send a transcript of all of your learning to your manager ahead of your annual review. Instead of doing this in the Reporting tool, you can now quickly pull this transcript from the My Transcript option in your LMS Profile menu. NOTE: The My Transcript option is limited to only the roles likely to need a learner’s transcript, such as the Learner and Manager roles.
Organization-Specific Branding Enhancements
Have you explored the organization-specific branding options for your customers in the Sandler LMS?
The UI tab on your organization or sub-organizations in the Organization Navigator features the option to upload images to tailor the branding of the LMS for your clients.
Scheduled Reports – One-Year End Date
When setting up the job schedule for a scheduled report, the Job End Date field is defaulted to a maximum of one year from the job's creation date. You can only adjust the date in this field to be sooner than default value.
Enrollment Key Activation – Quick Search
When enrolling users via license keys, there are additional filters on the Quick Search option. You can now search for learners within a start date range, a particular organization or company, by a specific email domain, or using a particular attribute value for the learner (e.g., Company). This search also indicates if the learner is already enrolled in the content or provides a Select button if they are available for enrollment. Sandler Reinforcement Repository
You'll notice a new Quick Link in the Sandler LMS labeled Sandler Reinforcement Repository. This SharePoint site is your go-to repository, born from dynamic Sandler sessions where Sandler topics, tools, and both new and legacy content were presented in an engaging manner. Here, you can access a wealth of presentations and resources tailored to enhance your Sandler journey. The sessions can be used as part of the Sales Development Series, in-house/private sessions, or as standalone sessions. You have the option to download all content effortlessly from the Documents tab of the Sandler Reinforcement Repository site on SharePoint or explore individual presentations, tools, and content descriptions based on your specific needs. The Repository offers a diverse range of resources, all presented in a refreshing way and providing you with the tools to enhance your needs.
