The objective of this article is to demonstrate how to access a license key on a previous order.
The license key is used when you want to request a bulk import of new users into a channel offering. You will need to provide this key to the Learning Technology team for New User and Existing User uploads.
From the Order Summary option under the eCommerce tab, you can view a history of all orders submitted by anyone via the LMS for your organization.
To begin, log in and find your Order History by opening the eCommerce tab and selecting the Order Summary option.
Select the Order that you made the purchase on for the customer. You may need to clear out date filters.
- The Key is located on the right-hand side Under Enrollment Key.
- You can also click on the order number to land on the order details. The enrollment key will appear at the right of the page under Enrollment Key
