This article will walk you thru the steps of creating an associate for the Franchisee.
1. Open Organization Navigator and find the franchise organization.
2. Click on the folder for Franchise Admins.
3. On the right panel in the drop down menu, select Create User.
4. Enter user information and Save.
The user is now a franchise admin and already given the permissions associated with that role. The same steps apply for entering an end user, you just select the folder End Users.
