You can add and remove permissions on an Organization.
Permissions allow users to perform certain actions or view certain parts of the Organization.
FIELDS
Privilege
This will show the privilege (set of permissions) and whether it is inherited from a higher level e.g.
User Creation Inherited From Default Org means that this permission has been set on the Default Organization. This privilege is passed down to all the sub-Organizations under Default.
Target
This is the User Group or Organization the permission is given to e.g. iPLUS Site Admin, Scheduler
Granted by
This is the user who granted this particular permission e.g. DE VISSER, Quint
Date
This is the date and time this particular permission was granted e.g. 13-Sep-13 09:24
Action
There will be a Remove button against any permission that is Not inherited from a higher level e.g. a parent folder
ADD A PERMISSION
Select from the TABS whether you want to give the permission to User Groups or Organizations (Defaults to User Group)
Select the privilege - available privileges will relate to the object and your own role. Select multiple privileges by holding the CTRL key down
Use the LOV (List of Values) to select the User Groups or Organizations you wish to grant these privileges to
Click Save
