Overview
Reactivating a user will grant the ability for this user to access the LMS again.
Instructions
Reactivate a User
- Click the Admin tab and select the Admin Menu option from the menu displayed.
- From the tools displayed, click the User Summary hyperlink.
- Click the All Filters button.
- Click the Expired button and then the Apply Filters button. NOTE: You would use the Future Starters button to search for and retrieve any users with a start date in the future
- In the Search field, enter the username, first or last name, or email address for the user you would like to reactivate.
- Click the Search button and the search results are displayed.
- Next, click the name of the user in the search results. The User Summary screen is displayed.
- Click the Edit tab and clear the date in the End Date field. For inactive users, this field will be populated.
- Click the Save button.
