- To create a custom learning path, click the Admin tab and select the Learning Navigator option.
- Navigate to your Learning Path folder for your organization by clicking the
icon next to each item in the following path: Sandler -> Customer Audience -> Franchise -> Franchise Name – FRANCHISE OWNER -> Franchise Name – FRANCHISE OWNER – Learning Paths.
- Click the Franchise Name – FRANCHISE OWNER – Learning Paths folder. The details are displayed on the left side of the window.
- Click the
icon and select the Create Learning Path option from the menu displayed to open the configuration window and create your own custom learning path.
NOTE: Alternatively, you can create a Learning Path from the Learning Paths tool. Click the Admin tab and select the Admin Menu option from the menu displayed. From the Course Management section, click the Learning Paths hyperlink. This opens a list of Learning Paths in the LMS. From this window, click the Create Learning Path button.

4. Click the Create button to create only one learning path. Alternatively, click the Create and Add Another button if you have more than one learning path to configure.
NOTE: You will see a confirmation message that the learning path has been created. You are not able to publish the learning path until you have at least one section on the learning path with at least one content object/offering attached.
5. On the Learning Path you just created, click the Sections tab. On this window, you can organize your content into logical sections for the learner to engage with.
6. Click the Add Courses button to add a content object/offering to a section.
NOTE: Click the icon to search for and select the content objects/offerings. You can add both Sandler content or create your own custom content objects and add these custom objects/offerings to your learning path.
Enrolling your clients:
To share this learning path with learners:- Click the name of your custom Learning Path under your organization's Learning Path folder. The details are displayed on the left side of the window.
- Click the Enrollments tab.
- Click the Add Enrollments button.
- In the Username fields, enter the email addresses for the users you want to enroll. NOTE: If you do not know their email addresses, you can also click the
icon to search for and select your learners from your End Users folder.
- Scroll down and click the Enroll Users button at the bottom of the window.
You can also manually send an email from the Learning Path to all enrolled users and this email will include a direct link to the content.
