Share a Link to an Offering

For content offerings, Franchise Admins can grab a hyperlink (URL) using a Share button in the Learning Navigator to quickly share with their clients. For example, what if you want to share a direct link to the offering for a webinar recording with one of your clients? You can retrieve a URL from the offering in the Learning Navigator to share this content. There are two options available for you:

• Share Course Detail: When you click on this option, a checkmark () appears denoting that a hyperlink has been copied for you that navigates the learner to the course page in the LMS.
• Share Course Player Deeplinks: When you click an item below this option, a checkmark () appears denoting that a hyperlink has been copied for you that opens the content directly in the appropriate player (e.g., PDF viewer, video player, YouTube, Zoom, etc.) for the learner.

You can paste your hyperlink in an email message, syllabus, calendar invitation, etc. to your learner.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the content and offering are published. Also, the learner must be enrolled in or targeted for the offering to access the content via the links above.
