A Franchise Admin permission includes the ability to look at all the courses available to them so they can view and learn. A Franchise admin does not have to purchase a course for themselves.
Access to the courses can be gained by first making sure that the user is on the Franchise Admin role in the LMS.
Then they go to My Learning - My Current Learning (or Learning History) to see all available to them
This helps new associates and new franchisees prepare for courses and learn courses they are going to teach.
