Channels
A Channel is a group of learning opportunities bundled together in one view. A Channel can contain a variety of content such as Learning Paths, individual courses, ILT/VILT courses, PDF files, or other documents or job aids.
Location: Home tab
Go to your Home tab to see all Channels assigned to you. The number of channels assigned will display to the right of the My Channels section header. Click the button to expand or collapse the channels.
Permissions
Channel access is permission-based. In order to view Channels on your Home tab, a channel must be permissioned to you.
You will see Channels if any of these conditions are met:
1. You purchased a channel.
2. You were enrolled in a channel.
3. You self-enrolled in a channel, if enabled.
Enrollment Period
Most enrollment periods for channels (also known as Subscriptions) are for 365 days. You can see the subscription period from the My Channels section of your Home tab, or when you click on a Channel in this section and view the detail page for the Channel.
