We have articles, videos, and role-based courses available for immediate answers to your LMS questions. The Help chatbot is always displayed throughout the LMS in the lower-right corner. Use the button to quickly search for articles based on your current location in the LMS. This design helps direct you to the articles most relevant to where you are.
LMS Support
If you are not finding the answer you are looking for, use the button and select the
button inside the chat to leave a message via ticket with the Sandler Support teams. All tickets will be handled by the Learning Technology team or redirected to the appropriate recipient.

From many places in the LMS, click the icons throughout the LMS for system support. Alternatively, you can click the
