Reporting is a tool in the Sandler LMS that can help your Franchise understand how your learners are engaging with your training, who you may need to reach out to, how you can make improvements to your content or spend a little more time helping the learners absorb the concepts.
Using reports in the LMS, Franchise Owners and/or Instructors are provided with precise information about their customer's growth and success. For example, you can use LMS reports to view how many learners completed a course, the number of hours spent on each module, which courses are overdue for a learner, group of learners, or even an entire organization, and even assessment scores and survey feedback responses.
The Sandler LMS is essentially a giant pool of data. Beneath the configurable user interface, there is a database where learner profile information, training assignments, learning history, and more are stored. Behind the scenes, reports run to make the data visible in the interface that the end users interact with when they use the LMS. There are many reports to choose from and each report contains configurable parameters that can be personalized to your organization and needs. Reports can be viewed and/or downloaded immediately or scheduled to run at specified intervals.
Additionally, Franchise Admins, Managers, and Instructors each have a dashboard that loads when a manager logs in to the LMS.
