Welcome! This is a step by step process on Sending over your SPF record

**Please note that if you have not configured your Email sending domain in HubSpot, you need to navigate to the Article Labeled: Configuring Email sending domain in HubSpot

Step 1: Login to HubSpot

Step 2: Navigate to settings

Step 6: Upload SPF record to form:

  • Navigate to learn.sandler.com
  • Click: Help: Bottom Right Corner
  • Click: Get in touch
  • Click: Leave a message
  • Click: HubSpot Record Form
  • Add information to these fields
    • Your name: Required
    • Email address: Required
    • Subject: SPF Record
    • Name of Franchise: Required
    • Franchise HubSpot Point of Contact Name: Required
    • Franchise HubSpot Point of Contact's Email Address: Required
    • HOST 1: DO NOT NEED
    • REQUIRED DATA 1: DO NOT NEED
    • HOST 2: DO NOT NEED
    • REQUIRED DATA 2: DO NOT NEED
    • SPF Record: Required
    • Click the checkbox after you have attached your SPF Record Screenshot: Required
    • Click the checkbox after you have attached your DNS/DKIM Record Screenshot: Required
    • Upload Screenshot/s: Required
