Page Overview
The My Report History page provides learners with a listing of the reports run by the user. See below for a description of the fields and options available on the page.
Search Options
Report Name: Enter the name to locate a specific report or leave blank to display all reports for this user.
Run Date: Select the date the report may have been run.
Date To: Select the last date for which report(s) may have been run. These two dates will create a range for the results e.g. to view all reports run by the learner this year.
From Date /To Date will default to the current year.
Result Fields
Report Name: Link to the report parameters
Run By: The user that ran the report
Run Date: This displays the date the report was requested.
Run Finish: This displays the date that the report finished running.
Elapsed Time: This is the amount of time the system took to run the report.
Rows: This is the number of rows in the report.
Format: This is the format that the report results were provided in.
Parameters: These are the search criteria entered for the report.
Output: This is a link to the completed report.
Instructions
View My Report History:
- On the Home page, the main menu is displayed at the top of the screen.
- In the main menu, hover over the Reporting link. The Reporting menu options will be displayed.
- Click the My Report History link. The My Report History page will be displayed.
- Search criteria will be displayed at the top of the screen. Below the search criteria, all completed reports will be displayed in the list by default.
- Review the report history on screen.
View a Specific Report:
- On the Home page, the main menu is displayed at the top of the screen.
- In the main menu, hover over the Reporting link. The Reporting menu options will be displayed.
- Click the My Report History link. The My Report History page will be displayed.
- Search criteria will be displayed at the top of the screen. Below the search criteria, all completed reports will be displayed in the list by default.
- Review the report history on screen.
- Click the View button under the Output column of the report you would like to view.
- The report will open.
Search My Report History:
- On the Home page, the main menu is displayed at the top of the screen.
- In the main menu, hover over the Reporting link. The Reporting menu options will be displayed.
- Click the My Report History link. The My Report History page will be displayed.
- Search criteria will be displayed at the top of the screen. Below the search criteria, all completed reports will be displayed in the list by default.
- Review the report history on screen.
- Enter search criteria. Then click the Submit button.

The report history will be filtered on screen to match the entered criteria.
